Your Next-Steps? Right Here.

Clarity can be elusive – one life and career path seem well laid out. Another, more unassumed.

And if you’re here, you may have one foot on both. That’s a tension that can leave us all wondering… What am I supposed to do next?

Take the job. Leave the job. Step up and lead? (Drop it all and take up sitar?)

Someone has to have the answers.

So, who knows? You do.

That’s why you haven’t found it (your brilliance, your capabilities, your vision – your flow) in a book or a podcast or in gold letters etched into the side of your coffee cup. And why you’re not keen on walking someone else’s beaten path or half-committing to well-intentioned advice.

It takes a little excavation, a little cataloguing of who you really are, what you really want. But your clarity and flow are right there. In you.

And only you have the power to find, name, and jump with two feet onto that unwinding, gritty, truly YOU, unassumed path you’ve always felt was there.

(Let’s find it.)

Your curiosity is demanding the best of you.

I hold the mirrors up so you can see your whole self and get clear.

Solid Self-Knowing

Break through to your true and whole identity. Access your full capacity. Get clear on what you deeply want.

Confident Direction

Plan your next steps from your own internal compass, take your foot off the brake, and get in the FLOW.

Barriers – Overcome

Discover your inner resources, your voice, your grit, and become unflappable when challenged.

Your Inner Compass is asking to come off the bench.

“Rachael provides you with focus and clarity by removing the fog of a solution or roadblock towards creativity, self-awareness, self-worth, and direction, making you realize you already had the answers, and that you are able to create a clear path for yourself.”

Because next-steps are exciting. And when you know yourself well enough, they become obvious.

When you’re asking questions like:  “Do I have what it takes?” “What kind of person am I?” “What am I not seeing?” “What needs to change…?”

Acknowledging the hesitations, the worrying, and witnessing the burnout…

Spending all your energy trying to cultivate the perfect plan for the perfect final destination…

Seeing that friction between your work identity, social identity, and aspirational identity…

You know you are ready to access all the parts of yourself, discover your whole identity, stop dancing between two (or more!) very different life paths, and finally get on with it.

So that’s what we do. Flip perspectives, really reshape your thinking, find that thing you can almost see, and – we get on with it.

That deep self-knowing lets us explore the unassumed path together.

What does that look like?

I felt deeply understood by Rachael. This fundamental establishment of trust from the beginning created a space where real work could happen. It’s these things that helped me lean into the process and follow through.”

Hi, I’m Rachael

Leadership & Development Coach, Team Facilitator

The “traditional” road was never one I was going to take. But I realized early that my capacity to shift perspectives and really see things differently meant that any path I chose – a leave-the-house-too-young, a stint doing comedy, a Canadian expat in Zurich – as long as it was extracted from a place of self-knowing, that path could easily become the ‘right’ one.

We all keep wanting to find the answer – the life path we can’t wait to fulfil. But what if searching for that grand plan is actually the thing stopping us from getting our dream lives now?

What if you choose presence over planning? Finding the next step, then the next, with someone opening up your perspective with grace and humour until the road naturally unwinds in a self-directed destiny – where you choose the outcomes you create for yourself and change your own life.

An unassumed road is one that goes unacknowledged by the greater public until its course has been proven so useful, so needed, so successful, that it gets assumed – protected – by the municipality and the greater map. As though it was accepted and planned for all along.

Like they say, “First they’ll mock you, then they’ll ask you how you did it.”

Life is full of shape-shifting. Of paradox. Of head, heart, and body stuff. Of identities. And you get to adventure within and map that internal landscape.

And then, you will change your own life.

“I was dealing with heavy bouts of imposter syndrome, as well as a general lack of confidence in a different industry than I was used to. I became noticeably unflappable and more confident at work after my time with Rachael. Your life will never be the same after working with her.”

Richard Robles
